At Kiss the Earth Apothecary, we believe in the power of nature to nourish and heal. Our handcrafted, aromatherapy-based products are made with pure, natural ingredients that nourish the skin and offer healing aromatherapy benefits.
Our Story
Kiss the Earth Apothecary was started in 2011 when I made my first lip gloss and sugar scrub with my two nieces for our "Night of Beauty". I had already been practicing aromatherapy since 1997 and wanted to combine my two passions. Essential oils and skin care.
In 2014, I underwent chemo and radiation for breast cancer. To say it was grueling was an understatement and the last thing I needed were skin problems in addition to the cancer treatment side effects. During radiation, I used a formula I created called Boobie Butter after each radiation treatment. 33 rounds later and I had not burned. What I learned most about essential oils and natural products during that time is that they are the gentle helpers. Nature has a way of maintaining balance and essential oils have a beautiful and quiet way of creating that balance in ourselves. Not only physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Since then, I have been creating soap, skin care, healing salves and other products that are aromatherapy-based. You will get the benefits of the essential oils from inhalation and absorption into the skin.
What we put on our skin is absorbed and impacts our body as a whole which is why we don't use preservatives in most of our products. Our goal is to create all-natural, aromatherapy-based soap and skincare products to help you feel balanced and beautiful...Inside & Out.
